Waiting for the suspension fork

Quality and overall design are great. By far the lightest e-bike for the money. A great value! Ride is very firm, stiff IMHO (I added a suspension seatpost and cushy saddle, and will be adding a suspension fork). Our family has 4 StoryBikes, so we are believers. The Commuter and the Step-through are great as well, and the ride on those is very comfortable!

The charger that came with my bike stopped after only 8 months of receiving my new bike. But I received it in January so didn’t really start riding till May. In August it stopped charging. Story bikes sent me a new one under the warranty and now it’s working perfectly!

The charger failed after 10 months. No questions asked, it was replaced within 2 days. Great customer service...

This bike is perfect for our purpose. We are older cyclists who have limited our range with age. The torque system supplements our effort in a similar fashion to shifting when you come to hills or wind. It feels natural to our cycling experience. The bikes were packed well, in perfect mechanical and cosmetic condition. We are highly satisfied and recommend this company

Story Bike was the first e-bike I rode and the only one I enjoyed. I loved the ride, feel and look from the start. My husband felt I should try others so I did begrudgingly but you know how first loves are! So finally, I placed my order in the coldest winter in California I can remember, thinking well I’ll have in the spring. But I couldn’t wait to get on it and it’s as wonderful as I remembered it to be. Also, I must say that the chats I had with Travis and all the help he gave me was just so helpful and he was so patient with me. Customer service par excellence! I put it together myself. No problem. Just watch the video. I enjoy riding it without using electricity most of the time but it’s such a great help on the hills here in Santa Barbara. I’m turning 65 this week and my knees just can’t take all that stress. It looks and feels like a regular bike. In fact, it feels better than my Cannondale. And I ride for pleasure and exercise. Can’t recommend this bike enough and the company that made it.
